The New Jersey-based Midnite Hellion is the epitome of die-hard DIY work ethic. The metal trio is pushing the envelope musically and has hard earned the reputation of a must-see live act. The band consists of seasoned musicians that have come together and created the monster now known as Midnite Hellion.

The band’s full-length Condemned To Hell among several other releases have been well received by both the press and the listeners. It’s evident that these guys mean business. The band continues to write for the next release and play select regional dates. They have toured and supported many nationals including EXODUS, OBITUARY, YNGWIE MALMSTEEN, OVERKILL, PRONG, and MUNICIPAL WASTE to name a few.

NIHIL Release “Enslaved” Music Video

Promo_Photo

Boston-based sludgy, hardcore band NIHIL has released a new music video for their single “Enslaved”. The track comes from the group’s debut full-length Foundation, a crowdfunded effort that will be released on November 5th.

Enslaved was the last song written for Foundation, but the first single we released,” says vocalist Jake Boes. “The intensity and anger of the vocals really captures the mindset of the moment we wrote it. Lyrically, the song deals with the frustration of feeling trapped in life. Giving your blood, sweat, and tears to a cause and seeing nothing in return. It’s a concept I’m sure a lot of musicians understand very well. We live in a society that rewards ruthlessness and greed, a society in which those at the top get where they are on the backs of others.

The video for “Enslaved” was shot by Victoria Boecklin in New England over two days. “Victoria had the idea of a man drenched in the blood of another, cleansing himself of his sin, and disassociating himself from it through religion,” says Boes.

Foundations was self-produced by the band with the mixing handled by Aslan Freeman and mastering by Brad Boatright. Pre-orders are now available via Bandcamp. NIHIL will also be on the Born to Die tour this September with Hot Gospel.

Formed in late 2015, Nihil began gaining momentum with the help of their strong local fan base. Their debut full-length Foundation will be released on November 5th and will be supported by a US fall tour.

All In Release “Capsized” Music Video

Mississippi melodic hardcore outfit All In has released a new music video for their new single “Capsized.” The song comes from the band’s forthcoming debut EP titled, Lost set to release February 5th. The anticipated 5 track album was produced by Zac Buras of Law Studios and mixed and mastered by Erik Bickerstaffe of Paralysis Studios.

“I’m so glad to have finally filmed this music video. We always wanted to do one and when we finally got around to this point in our career, we knew “Capsized” would be the right choice. I wrote this song to help kids understand that they aren’t alone in their day to day struggles. Whether that be internal or external, your life is worth fighting for. Fight to be happy because at the end of the day, as people, we all just want to be happy. So many people, I find, in older generations do not believe someone as young as myself can be a voice of reason but I believe differently. I wrote this song for me. I wrote this song for you. Stay strong, and never let life defeat you,” says Jared Daws.
