Small Town Titans Release Official Music Video for “Me, Myself, and Monster”

York, PA heavy rock band Small Town Titans has released the Official Music Video for their new single, “Me, Myself, and Monster,” which originally premiered on Tattoo.com.

“The song is about accepting and striking balance with the darkest parts of oneself. Anyone who says they could never commit an evil deed is probably the first person that will, at some point, blindly and ignorantly commit it. Once you acknowledge your ability to become a monster, that’s the path to becoming a better person.” – Phil Freeman

The Small Town Titans are a power trio from York, PA who love to constantly create, as well as play live. Gone is the notion that a rock band should only release 10 songs at a time every 2 years. In a world where music fans crave new content constantly, the Small Town Titans aim to deliver their brand of art all of the time, drawing inspiration from a new wave of rock bands such as Highly Suspect and Royal Blood, and rock legends such as the Foo Fighters, Audioslave, and Deep Purple. Thanks to their efforts at assembling their own studio in a basement, STT can create and release songs, podcasts, live online concerts, and more with no rules. This artistic change in attitude stems from touring for the better part of 2 years, and realizing how difficult it really is.

After coming home from their last 30 day run, the band had made $4,000. After repairing their vehicle, restocking their merchandise and more, the band was left with $1,000. After putting most of that back into the band’s funds as usual, each member took home $150. This startling reality made STT take a step back and evaluate themselves as a band, a brand, and a business. After firing their manager, the boys soldiered on with the help of their team at Round 2 Records. They began to truly treat Small Town Titans as a legitimate small business more than ever before. Unnecessary expenses were cut, and more creative and innovative sources of new revenue were explored, such as utilizing the direct to fan creation platform Patreon, where the band is currently making $200 every time they release a new song on YouTube.

Instead of trying to make a million fans, STT is focusing on the fans they already have. With a love for playing live, a Small Town Titans show has evolved into more than a concert. It’s an event, with a set list that’s decided right before the show, and plenty of stage banter in between songs. The band simply hits the stage to deliver an energy driven show using guitars, drums, and their voices. Nothing more, nothing less. This approach to their live performances has led to them sharing the stage with acts such as Highly Suspect, Papa Roach, Black Stone Cherry, Pop Evil, and more.

By focusing on their engagement with social media and managing themselves, Small Town Titans are growing like never before and having more success as a business and a brand. The band just wrapped up a weekend long recording session at Hybrid Studios with friend Kevin Soffera, drummer for Seether on the 5x platinum selling record Disclaimer II, and who STT also recorded their last album Reflection with. Six brand new songs were recorded live in the studio, as well as professionally filmed by Springwood Productions at the same time. These new songs and videos will be released throughout the rest of 2017 and 2018. Songs range from the hard hitting “Me, Myself, and Monster” and “Wreck” to the ballad “Dragonfly”, an emotional song written in memory of Phil’s mother, who passed away earlier this year due to cancer, performed live with just one voice and an acoustic guitar.

Small Town Titans are actively forming a team of like minded individuals in the new music business who are just as driven and passionate as they are, rather than waiting to be discovered. As the band continues to grow their fan base online this year, they will also hit the road, this time with a smarter game plan, a stronger fan base, and a passionate team behind them. Cross The Divide Release Official Music Video For “Sail On The Stars”

Hard/Progressive Rock Trio Cross The Divide have released the Official Video for “Sail On The Stars”, the sophomore single off of their upcoming full length debut album Fearless, due out 10/14/2016. The video was directed by Caleb Chamberlain and Will Hermonat.

“‘Sail on the Stars’ is a song that deals with loss. The message in this song is that when a person is left behind due to death or parting, it is important to be able to let go and find comfort in the right places. In the case of hurt, forgiveness is a vital part of that parting and grieving process. This song deals with all of that in a simple idea, a blessing: ‘sail on the stars.'” – Cross The Divide

25272One of the fastest growing, and most in-demand original artists in New England is southern New Hampshire-based Cross the Divide. The three-member band combines heavy guitar riffs and melodic vocals to produce a unique blend of progressive and hard rock styles served up onstage with their engaging, high-energy performance. In an increasingly superficial era, Cross the Divide brings not only sweet guitar licks and driving bass lines, but also deep lyrical content driving home themes of hope, strength, and justice. The band has coined their own sub-genre for their sound: Storm Rock, which they define as “intense technical rock with deep lyrical themes”.

Though the band has been in existence since September 2010, Cross the Divide did not truly begin to define itself in the industry until mid-2014 when guitarist, Zac, and bassist, Chase, welcomed their hard hitting drummer Jake French into the project. Since that time, the band has played alongside many major artists including DisturbedGodsmackBreaking BenjaminAlter BridgeSevendustTriviumPop EvilSeetherSkillet10 YearsBuckcherryEscape the FateStarsetIslanderFor Today3 Years HollowScott Stapp, and many more.

Cross the Divide is currently gearing up for the release of their highly-anticipated full-length album Fearless, which will be out on October 14, 2016. The 11-track CD will feature their hit song “The Perfect Storm,” which has seen airplay on terrestrial and internet radio all over the world, as well as upcoming single “Sail on the Stars”. Fearless is the first professionally produced record for the band, and the first recordings with the current lineup.

One Day Waiting are “Dying for the Truth” on New Single and ‘Mouthbreather’ EP

cropped

Alt-metal quartet One Day Waiting has released the first single/music video, “Dying for the Truth”, off of their sophomore EP, Mouthbreather.

“Dying for the Truth” is about people who blindly follow other people, trends and whats currently popular in society. These kinds of people base their lives off the opinion of others, but can’t form an opinion of their own. They often contradict what they do and what they say, like a man who bosses his workers around for slacking off, yet the boss is doing exactly that. I believe the music video delivers that message in both a serious and comedic way. – Tyler Kray

One Day Waiting is a New York-based alt-metal quartet, whose frantic and raw energy weave numerous hard-rock and heavy metal sounds into headbanging anthems that are equal parts hooky and heavy. After the success of their last EP, The Key, the guys in O.D.W. have crafted a heavier, more technical follow-up with new EP Mouthbreather, which is set to drop like an atom bomb on June 28.

The band have been making music together since 2013. Since the beginning, they’ve dedicated 100% of their being to cultivating a rabid fan base through constant gigging and putting out hard-hitting songs and music videos. They have hit the road on interstate tours, played festivals, headlined sold-out local shows, and kicked off 2016 opening up for Trivium as direct support/co-headliner. Their debut EP The Key was released in July of 2015 and encompassed One Day Waiting’s catchier sound and hard rock roots. “Worse Than Death” was chosen as a follow-up single, as the fastest, heaviest and most technical song, while showcasing a wide range of each member’s musical abilities.

The writing of material for Mouthbreather was taking place as the band played and promoted for their debut. This new EP finds One Day Waiting exploring the darker side of their sound, while playing with their roots in alternative metal and a splash of groove metal. Compared to The Key, it’s a heavier and more technical collection of songs. The first single, “Dying for the Truth,” addresses the inherent hypocrisy in popular trends and social conventions. The video, directed by Ignacio Orellana, tackles that topic in equal parts heavy and hilarious. Fans, new and old, are going to feel the power of the song and EP.

One Day Waiting is an alternative metal band from the Hudson Valley NY. The band was established in 2013 and is comprised of 4 equally dedicated members who maintain a fusion of the melody of rock music with the intensity of metal.

The lead vocalist is Tyler Kray. He’s been listening to rock / metal since 2005 and first started to perform in bands by 2011. Inspired by bands like Disturbedand Drowning Pool, he incorporates a heavy singing style with clean and raspy vocals along with harsh screams. He is also responsible for writing the majority of ODW’s lyrics.

Nick Cozzolino, the guitarist, was turned onto rock music at the age of 10. Going to his first concert, not knowing anything about rock music, he sawShinedown and Trapt perform. It was then that he knew that’s what he wanted to for the rest of his life. He started playing guitar at age 11 and has been in and out of bands since 2010. ODW is the right fit he has been looking for. His roots are southern rock, hard rock and alternative metal.

The bassist of the band is Connor Koch. He has been listening to all types of music ever since he was a kid and has always had a passion for playing and performing. With a wide range of influences from Paul McCartney to Steve Harris to John Entwistle to Johnny Christ, Connor incorporates hard, punchy finger picking technique and elegant high end fills along with a deep bottom end to solidify the band.

John Zambito began playing the drums at age 5 and was brought up listening to hard rock/metal music. Main influences on his playing style are Lamb of God, Disturbed, Pantera, Metallica, A7X, Trivium, and Korn. John delivers a style of drumming that revolves around a syncopated double bass foot technique along with the incorporation of tribal drum beats, crafting a unique, tight, and punchy sound. John also aids in the lyric writing process.

One Day Waiting continues to grow as time progresses. They bring the frantic raw energy at their concerts that empowers the audience to listen and feel their music. As of 2015, they have played in 4 different states and have released two EP’s.
