Advance Praise for Reflection

“This Denver based singer/songwriter showed that she was adept at harnessing the chaos on her previous couple of albums and she’s really turning the gothic-art-pop-rock up on her latest long-player. It’s packed with dark fairytales and swooping riffs as well as more theatrical invention that you’d find at the Royal Shakespeare Company.” – The Crack Magazine

“In summary absolute female power, which reminds of EVANESCENCE and TARJA TURUNEN. This talented singer makes you curious about her live performances! 4.5/5” – Stormbringer.at

Channeling chaos into art, Sharone erupted onto the Denver music scene as a solo artist in 2014 playing local DIY venues; since then she has gone on to play venues such as Marquis TheaterBluebird Theater, and Gothic Theater, playing festivals, and opening for bands such as One-Eyed-DollThe Birthday MassacreFuelSaving AbelDavey SuicideTantricHell’s Belles, and Stitched Up Heart. The atmospheric and melodramatic music of Evanescence and the psychedelic blues of Black Sabbath inspired Sharone to start performing her music live, and to eventually release her 2017 demo album, Storm.

Despite sustaining a dark and nearly melancholy tone on recordings, the gothic artist’s live shows are nothing short of energetic, full of heavy piano riffs, pulsing rhythms, and enthralling theatrics. From emerging from a coffin to jumping off of monitors and captivating contortions, Sharone captures the interest of each audience member through her piercing stage chemistry with her live musicians, and her ever-growing theatrics.

In the spring of 2017, the singer left her mark on the Denver music scene with the release of her first rock album Storm. Following the release, underwent a complete lineup change in her band, and came back stronger than ever with the reincarnation of her dark sound: Enchiridion of Nightmares (2018).

“Like a series of dark fairy tales, Enchiridion of Nightmares the new album from dark [rocker] Sharone, captivates, seduces, and haunts. Each of its notes, let alone songs, comes with a shadow to [her] beauty, melancholy to [her] light, and intimacy to [her] grandeur with it all colluding in an adventure which just steals the imagination from everyday reality.

There is a rich cinematic and theatre-esque feel to Enchiridion of Nightmares which equally adds to its captivation; indeed its songs entwine an influence of horror movies, vintage and modern, into their personal nightmares. With just as richly layered and dramatic sounds to its exploration, the album is a persistent unveiling of new twists and shadows listen by listen. On our first meeting intrigue soaked the pleasure, through a couple more captivation, each subsequent listen leading to the inescapable bewitchment these words spring from.”
The Ringmaster Review

Sharone followed up the release with three exhilarating summer and fall tours, reaching audiences across the western, central, and eastern United States, and is currently working on her third studio album. This unique rock artist is destined for success in the metal and goth rock realm.

Sharone’s third studio album, ‘Reflection’, is due out December 7th, 2019.

WATCH ME BREATHE Release New Single,”Garden of Eden”

Garden Of Eden COVER

Santa Cruz, CA – Progressive Pop-Rock Band WATCH ME BREATHE has released their new single, “Garden of Eden,” which is available NOW via The Label Group / INgrooves.

“People have mistaken this for a religious song, but it’s really not. What the Garden Of Eden metaphor really means here is universal place of origin. Some 100,000 years ago, human beings still lived in the natural environment that our bodies and minds evolved to live in. Now, we don’t. We’ve spent the last 100,000 years creating a world that is progressively less and less like any of us. And despite the many ways in which that is a wonderful thing we should be grateful for, I sense there are other, easily underestimated ways in which it confuses and confines us at a primal level. I’m not sure what we do about it, but the song is here simply to pose the question.” – Jake Aaron Ward

From the very beginning, Watch Me Breathe has been all about honesty and authenticity. Lead singer Jake Aaron Ward formed the band in 2017 purely out of frustration. “As a solo artist, I just got fed up with trying to write music only to please other people. Watch Me Breathe is really an experiment that says: what would I write if nobody else was listening?”

The results of that experiment have been surprising. In the short time since the release of their debut LP “The Lighter Side of Darkness” in February 2018, Watch Me Breathe has already accrued well over 150K views on YouTube and over 50K streams on Spotify…and the numbers keep growing.

When it comes to making albums, this particular band has an unusual process not unlike that of Tame Impala or Bon Iver: Ward (a proficient multi-instrumentalist) writes, performs, records, mixes, and masters every song entirely by himself, in his own California home studio. He jokingly explains “I just kind of suck at collaborating.” He cites an eclectic range of influences, including Peter GabrielThe PoliceImogen HeapGoo Goo Dolls, and a whole slew of underground progressive metal bands that have helped shape his unique guitar parts and complex rhythmic patterns. In concert, the band performs as a power trio, with Ward covering guitar and lead vocals, while bassist Ryan Green and drummer/baby brother Carl Ward handle the rhythm section.

“This is essentially step 2 in the adventure! This really has been a profound journey for me so far. We’ve wandered deep into unknown and uncharted territory. I didn’t know how this album would sound when I was writing each song, and it’s been really exciting and satisfying to see it come together as a cohesive portrait. I’m happy to say that I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve created and I can assure you there will much, much more to come in the future.” – Jake Aaron Ward

“This song is a true story, and it totally worked! We’ve all been in the friend zone at some point or another in our lives, and that’s precisely where I was when I wrote this. I had pretty much accepted the fact that she and I would never be together, and I just wanted her to know how I really felt. Now she’s been my girlfriend for over a year!” – Jake Ward

“This was one of those tracks where I knew it was special right away. I was jumping and dancing around the studio like a lunatic because I could just clearly feel that we’d struck something new and exciting. Hi, I’m Greyson Bos, and this is likemelikeyou. Twenty-Three years ago, alt-pop-rock had a child with electronic-dance-funk and that child was me. Fast forward to 2018, and I’m chasing big dreams, one day at a time. Music has been both my best friend and partner in crime all throughout my life. It’s never failed to excite and inspire me; to touch my soul and turn me on. I started writing my own songs at an early age, combining my adoration for music and words with my compulsive NEED to create.

Over the years I’ve written hundreds of songs in pretty much every genre out there, and my passion for songwriting is stronger today than ever before. There’s a lot I hope to accomplish with my music, but more than anything I just want it to help bring me closer to people – to connect.

I’m getting ready to take my show on the road in support of what’s soon to be my debut album, “The Dream“, which will be released on June 22. I’ve got a lot of big things planned for the future, and I can’t wait to share them with you. Thanks for being a part of this, it means a lot to me. hugs. kisses.
